JH AV supported Cornwall Councils Smarties awards recognising the hard work done by there staff above and beyond the call of duty.

As a Council we want to celebrate our successes and recognise the excellent contribution that our employees make to ensure that services are not only delivered but delivered well and in a way that will benefit local communities across Cornwall.

We all know somebody we feel deserves special recognition for their hard work and commitment.   We feel that an award scheme is a great way to show appreciation of our employees for a job well done whilst communicating to the public the quality of people that work for the Council.

The entries do not necessarily need to be large scale technical or groundbreaking projects.  Each award has its own criteria.  The most important thing is that the judges can see what the employee or team has done, why it was done, and how it has made a difference to the people who live in or visit Cornwall.
