Delivering a seamless awards ceremony for St Austell Brewery at the Great Western Hotel, Newquay. The Great Western Hotel is also one of the brewery’s own venues which was a tricky venue to work with, we had to plan around allowing for access, guest numbers and tight time frame.

We delivered the event on behalf of our client “Kernow Installations”, working closely with Stephen Gilbert of Kernow we designed, built and installed the stage set provided twin screen projection which was controlled via a dual scalling event switcher running various media types including presentation material via PC, live camera and video content.

With the unique layout of the venue we wanted to make sure that everyone attending felt part of a much larger event so we placed further relay screens strategically around the space also allowing for led colour changing floods and Intelligent lighting around the space filling the area with colour and shape to enhance the brand and evenings awareness.
